These times are challenging, stressful, and unprecedented; it calls for all of us to raise our game and our consciousness in the hopes that we will emerge as a more robust, better-connected community. The unknown is troubling, fear of not knowing the uncertainty, that which you can't see nor understand. The magnitude and degree of this have affected our emotions far beyond the ordinary. Life feels like an engulfed inferno for many. During these difficult times, our lives have dramatically changed. Together we are the core to the wellness of our society. Essential and non-essential workers coming together is just the beginning. Maintaining together achieves progress, and progress produces success. Working all together towards a mutually shared vision, trusting one another by being accountable independently. Essential and non-essential workers must take charge. Take charge to be responsible for self-management to create a synergy with a strong sense of mutual commitment. Together generates performance more excellent than the sum of the performance of each member. Together teamwork is the energy that allows everyday people to attain uncommon results-helping one another understanding the true potential of cohesion. Together we produce an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations. Unrelenting, together, we are standing, unyielding to the pressure of life as we pound our way through hurt, pound our way through inner pain of affliction, pound our way through weeping tears of sorrow, pound our way through the travailing loss of loved ones. Unrelenting together is the energy that drives us to withstand the pressure of life; it enables us to restructure our lifestyle and empower us to transform our environment. Become committed to this cause, trusting each other as we navigate through this New Normal. Together we can have a positive impact on our society during these challenging times. We move forward together and allow success to take care of itself. It is not what we achieve in life that matters, but it's what we overcome in life together. Overcome to get the better thereof, to gain superiority, to win the victory together. E PLURIBUS UNUM "For out of many, one."

Feared by conservatives and embraced by liberals when he entered the White House, Barack Obama has since been battered by criticism from both sides. In Out of Many, One, Ruth O’Brien explains why. We are accustomed to seeing politicians supporting either a minimalist state characterized by unfettered capitalism and individual rights or a relatively strong welfare state and regulatory capitalism. Obama, O’Brien argues, represents the values of a lesser-known third tradition in American political thought that defies the

This compelling new book asks: How can American education policy be consistent with democratic ideals? Robust democracy is the combination of participation, self-rule, equality, understanding, and inclusion, but these norms can produce contradictory policy. Local control in education policy can undermine educational equality. Participation in teachers unions can improve working conditions but thwart self-rule by local taxpayers. The Democratic Dilemma of American Education draws on contemporary research in political science and education policy to offer remarkably balanced insights into these
